The Whitney Young Collaborative has partnered with the Huntington Mortgage Group to offer Huntington’s Community Access Mortgage Progam to our buyers.

While you are not required to use the Huntingon for your loan, their product has several benefits, including loan to value percentages, mortgage insurance requirements, credit score flexibility and rates that we think will be attractive to our buyers.

Additionally, the Whitney qualifies for a 15 year 100% tax abatement, first time buyers assistance, affordability subsidies and down payment assistance.

Finally, given the townhome design of the Whitney and the quality of construction, the condominium fees for these units are expected to stay below $125.00 per month.
